Once your order is confirmed, we will provide the address for our pick-up location in Mentor, OH. Please provide 48 hours notice for all orders.

Refrigerate at all times for best quality. Our rolls are fully cooked and can be enjoyed hot or cold, with reheating instructions included.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Original Fatroll and The Fat Cheese:
Slice rolls into 4 or 5 slices and put in:
-Oven: 400° for approximately 10 minutes.
-Air fryer: 400° for approximately 5 minutes.
-Microwave: For approximately 1 minute.
The Fat Cinn:
Slice rolls into 4 or 5 slices and put in:
-Microwave for 10 second blasts until at desired gooeyness.
-Oven: 350° for 5-7 minutes
The Fat Tray and The Slim Tray:
Place tray on middle rack of the oven covered at 400° for approximately 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, take the cover off, and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
OUR STORY
We are a licensed home bakery founded in 2022. We specialize in making homemade pepperoni and cheese, cheese, and cinnamon rolls. We are bringing joy to Northeast Ohio, and it’s something we hope to be doing for many years to come.
